ICC World Cup Super League Points Table

The ICC World Cup Super League began for the 2023 World Cup with a three-match ODI series between England and Ireland starting on 30 July.

In this league, 13 teams will play 8 series in total.

Out of this, 4 series are going to be played at home and 4 outside.

The top 7 teams from these 12 teams will directly qualify for the 2023 World Cup.

On the other hand, being the host nation, the Indian team has directly qualified for the 2023 World Cup.

In the ICC World Cup Super League, every team is required to play 3 matches in a series.

For every match won, the team will get 10 points, if the match is tie or no result will be given 5-5 points to both teams.

This World Cup Super League is to be played till 2022.

10 teams will also be seen playing in the 2023 ICC World Cup.

The 8 teams will then qualify through the ICC World Cup Super League.

Apart from this, the remaining two teams can ensure their place through the World Cup qualifiers.

6- West Indies (6 matches 3 wins 3 defeats 30 points)

7- India (6 matches 3 wins 3 defeats 29 points)

8- Pakistan (3 matches, 2 wins, 1 defeat, 20 points)

9- Zimbabwe (3 matches 1 win 2 lose 10 points)

10- Ireland (6 matches 1 wins 5 defeats 10 points)

11- Sri Lanka (3 matches 3 defeats – 2 points)

12- South Africa (no matches played)

13- Netherlands (No matches played)
